About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and influential Learning Business Partner to collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across Corporate and Merchant Services. In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate targeted learning strategies that align with business objectives and drive cultural transformation. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on capability development, performance improvement, and change initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights and strong partnerships, you’ll ensure the delivery of effective learning solutions that enhance both individual and organisational performance.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with leaders to identify, design, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to leaders and teams.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Use data and feedback to identify learning needs and measure impact.
  • Support change and transformation programmes, ensuring employees are equipped to thrive.
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Your experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • Cert IV TAE, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or similar.
  • Significant internal business partnering experience, with a specialty in L&D.
  • Experience in blue-collar or industrial environments, including compliance training.
  • Proven ability to address capability gaps and drive talent development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
