About the role

Reporting to the Head of Reward and DEI, this integral role will support the design and implementation of our Total Reward strategies in alignment with Alinta Energy’s goals and values, ensuring that our programs attract, retain, and motivate talent. In addition, you will be responsible for executing and integrating DEI strategies and practices within the organization to significantly enhance the employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Be a key contributor to the design of a comprehensive Total Reward strategy whilst ensuring the consistent application of our Total Reward philosophy, frameworks, tools and initiatives
  • Work with the Head of Reward & DEI to review Total Reward programs and confirm continued competitiveness and alignment with Total Reward strategy
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across our reward and DEI initiatives
  • Work with the P&C team and broader business to embed our DEI strategy
  • Manage the annual Remuneration review process and other cyclical reward processes, continuing to refine and improve each cycle
  • Maintain robust job architecture and evaluation processes

Your experience

  • Previous experience developing and implementing reward related strategies and initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and spreadsheeting skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills – key stakeholders are P&C GMs, CEO, PRBC, CIO, ELT, internal comms, brand management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work as a centralized resource at scale
  • Consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills

This role is best suited to a collaborative and proactive individual who is looking to take Reward and DEI to the next level in a new role in a supportive and dynamic team.
