About the role:

Reporting to our General Manager, Learning & Development this role will be lead the creation of innovative and impactful learning experiences that drive employee development, engagement and organizational success. By combining expertise in instructional design, educational technology, and creativity, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of a learning ecosystem within the organization as we prepare our workforce for the future.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Conducting thorough analyses to identify learning objectives, audience characteristics, and performance gaps.
• Crafting learning materials that captivate learners' attention and foster active participation, resulting in deeper engagement and knowledge retention.
• Driving learning interventions that target specific performance gaps and empower employees to enhance their skills, competencies, and job performance.
• Creating a culture of lifelong learning by providing accessible, relevant, and personalized learning opportunities that encourage employees to pursue continuous growth and development.
• Designing learning materials that are accessible to all learners, including those with diverse abilities, backgrounds, and learning preferences, to promote inclusivity and equitable access to learning opportunities.

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and multimedia production
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
